Join Liebherr, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we continue to build and strengthen our newly established Liebherr-IT Shared Service Centre (LSS) in Madrid. We are looking for a motivated and creative Communications and Employer Branding Manager (m/f/d) to define and execute internal and external communication strategies that strengthen LSS’s positioning, visibility, and employer brand.

 

In this role, you will orchestrate internal communications within LSS, ensuring transparency, alignment, and engagement across teams, while also managing external communication channels such as LinkedIn to increase market awareness and support talent attraction initiatives.

 

You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and talent acquisition teams, and play a key role in shaping how LSS is perceived internally and externally. This position combines strategic communication, employer branding, and content creation, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and impact.

Creating passion: your responsibilities

  • Define and implement the communication and employer branding strategy for our Liebherr-IT Shared Service Center (LSS), ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company objectives.
  • Orchestrate internal communications within LSS, promoting transparency, engagement, and alignment across teams and leadership.
  • Manage and grow external communication channels (especially LinkedIn) to strengthen LSS visibility, employer brand, and talent attraction.
  • Design and execute employer branding and communication campaigns to attract and engage top talent in competitive markets.
  • Create high-quality communication content, including internal communications, social media content, and leadership messaging.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives by developing compelling communication materials and campaigns that strengthen candidate pipelines.
  • Prepare executive presentations and management materials, ensuring clear messaging, strong storytelling, and high visual quality (PowerPoint).
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and ensure consistency through clear guidelines, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, or marketing, ideally in an international or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing internal and external communication channels, including social media (especially LinkedIn).
  • Strong experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality executive presentations and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences (employees, candidates, leadership).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns, with an analytical mindset to measure impact and continuously improve.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is highly desirable and German is an advantage.
