Cloud Security Product Owner (m/f/d)
We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security team and are looking for a Cloud Security Product Owner (m/f/d) to establish and scale our global security compliance and certification capabilities.
The Cloud Security Product Owner is responsible for defining, owning, and driving the Microsoft 365 security product vision, ensuring security controls are embedded across the digital workplace ecosystem. The role focuses on identity, endpoint, data protection, and collaboration security within the M365 platform, aligning security capabilities with business, risk, impact, and compliance requirements.
The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Own and maintain the M365 Security product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Review, prioritize and manage backlog for M365 security capabilities and improvements.
- Drive secure configuration baselines and Zero Trust implementation in M365.
- Coordinate implementation with Cloud Operations and other teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal security requirements.
- Monitor security posture, risks, and KPIs across the M365 environment.
- Manage stakeholder communication and security-related decision making.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of working experience in information security, IT Security, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 security stack (Defender suite, Entra ID, Intune, Purview).
- Experience as M365 Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile environments.
- Solid background in Cloud and Enterprise Security principles.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, Identity Security, and Endpoint Security.
- Experience with Risk Management, Compliance, and Security Governance.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC/62443 governance concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Liebherr sites worldwide up to 15% of the time.
