About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we have a vacany open within our team. The Parts Administrator is responsible for the provision of a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers interpreting requests to ensure that correct parts are ordered and issued.
Key Responsbilities
- Interpreting of spare parts
- Providing product information to customers
- Understanding and monitoring effective parts processes including stock control and inventory
- Working in conjunction with customers and other departments to maximise Parts Sales opportunities
- Processing and controlling parts movements for internal and external jobs
- Ordering stock from suppliers
- Running and checking reports
- Providing professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Expediting reporting as well as DIFOT, outstanding invoices
- Ariba Processing
- Factory air freight ordering
Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly customer service focused to be able to negotiate positive outcomes and build relationships and trust
