Responsibilities

• Follow all safe work practice related to field service job task.
• Perform equipment inspections and prevent maintenance tasks as scheduled 
• Perform troubleshooting on assigned machines as needed and report.
• Perform component exchange on assigned equipment – corrective maintenance. 
• Carry out all required major and minor services on assigned machines as directed.
• Carry out pre and post repair running checks and commissioning as per OEM standards.
• Support and perform equipment commissioning activities.
• Accurate completion of documentation including timesheets, maintenance requests and any customer/site specific documentation required providing specific work details and findings.
• Perform equipment maintenance, inspection and repair of parts, support and monitor the processes of maintenance; highlighting and recommending corrective action when anomalies are detected. 
• Support customers maintenance department by providing recommendations referring to and following technical manuals, policies, safety requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in the initial product failure investigation as required.
• When required, be able to accurately compile a list of parts and scope of work for customer. 
• Write actively weekly report as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and comply with all local safety and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the entire service team including personnel from Liebherr branch office and customers by demonstrating good teamwork and maintaining positive interactions.
• Dedicated to getting the Job done in the shortest possible timeframe whilst meeting established standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 
• Diligently look after LZM provided tooling and vehicle, reporting any defect using well-established procedures.
• When necessary, write product improvement report (PIR) as per standard procedure
• When required carryout tools audit and report on.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Diploma or Higher Trade Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair, Mechanical Engineering and minimum five 
(5) years related experience the maintenance of Heavy Equipment.

Class C1 Driving license
