- Receipt, analysis, and processing of support requests in first and second level support
- Prioritization and classification of tickets according to SLA requirements
- Technical and professional support for customers in the use of SaaS applications
- Independent resolution of recurring incidents as well as sustainable problem solving
- Documentation of solutions and continuous expansion of the knowledge base
- Support with releases, updates, and testing
- Monitoring of the system landscape and proactive identification of disruptions
Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in supporting SaaS or cloud applications is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases (e.g., SQL)
- Confident use of ticketing systems - Analytical and structured working approach
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Solid German and English skills, both written and spoken
