- End-to-end responsibility for defined SaaS applications throughout the entire lifecycle
- Ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance
- Definition, monitoring, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Close collaboration with business departments
- Participation in contract negotiations and cost management
- Ensuring updates, patches, and functional enhancements
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the operation or management of SaaS applications
- Good knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL 4)
- Experience in working with cloud and SaaS providers
- Independent and self-reliant working style
- Solid German and English skills, both written and spoken
