Production Data Analyst

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Industrial Engineering support

• • Provide analytical support for process development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Quantify baseline performance, track improvements and validate gains
  • Support root cause analysis using data trends and correlation insights

• Production Performance Analysis

• • Actively engage with Production Supervisors and Management
  • Analyse production results versus plan
  • Identify and quantify inefficiencies
  • Provide structured KPI data, clear variance explanations and actionable insights
  • Support Management and Shopfloor decision-making

• Production KPI reporting and development

• • Create and maintain standardised KPI reporting from curated data sources
  • Coordinate with IT and BI Teams ensure robust data flows and appropriate system integrations
  • Work with sister companies to develop and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Ensure that KPIs are clearly understood and consistently applied

• Data Quality improvement

• • Work on data quality improvement initiatives across the business
  • Act as a main contact point for Production data
