Kit Marshaller

We are currently recruiting for a Kit Marshaller in the Cutting Hall (7AC). This is a key role and function in the Cutting Hall. This person will be responsible for gathering the kit of various parts together and sending it to the relevant department for component manufacture.    

**The working schedule can be Rotating shift or Dayworker**

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

-    Gathering the parts at the workstations and sending them to the next workstation until all operations in 7AC are complete.
-    Putting together the complete kit of parts to send to follow-on department. 
-    Ensure the correct quantity and quality of parts gathered as per Kit Marshall report.
-    Transporting the parts between workstations and to set locations in 7AC.
-    Use of equipment used includes crane lifting, pallet trucks and fork-trucks.
-    Carry out any necessary checks and records and ensure parts are closed off in the necessary databases and systems.
-    Computer use including LCC systems for tracking and recording status and completion of jobs.
-    Operation of tag engraving machine.
-    Carry out all required work safely and wear appropriate PPE. 
-    Adherence to good housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient department work environment.
-    Other duties that may arise relevant to the role.
