Inhouse Consultant - Project Portfolio Management & Organisational Development
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be employed as an Inhouse Consultant with a focus on Project Portfolio Manage-ment and Organizational Development, within LCC’s IT Department. The role has touch points throughout the company and with peers working in similar and supporting roles in sister companies.
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
• Promoting and developing internal standards for our organizational projects and the associated project portfolio management.
• Supporting project managers in the planning and management of complex organizational projects.
• Advising management and specialist departments on their project portfolio management.
• Preparation and moderation of project portfolio meetings, workshops and information events relating to project management, as well as further development and coordination of project management training courses.
• Supporting organizational change as part of the digitalization of our internal value chain through sound methodological knowledge of project management, organizational development and process manage-ment.
Qualifications, Requirements and Experience
• Completed 3rd level education in business administration, project management, information systems or comparable.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project or project portfolio management (in-house or as a service provider), preferably with relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Master/Product Owner, PMA/Prince2/PMP).
• Perceptiveness for interdisciplinary processes and analytical thinking skills as well as a high degree of team spirit.
• Strong communication skills with presentation and moderation experience as well as
• Ideally further training and qualifications (e.g. business coach or change management).
