Head of Project Management - End-to-End Delivery

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead the successful execution of all customer projects from contract award to final handover.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, planning, and performance management processes.
• Ensure project objectives relating to safety, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Drive consistency and excellence in project execution across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication and effective project delivery.
• Act as senior escalation point for strategic projects and key customer engagements.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Commissioning, Service, and Finance.
• Optimize project performance through effective planning, resource utilization, and risk management.
• Ensure project readiness and smooth transition through all execution phases.
• Significant level of international travel to customer locations, ports, manufacturing sites, and project installations worldwide. 
• The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a global environment and engaging with customers, partners, and project teams across multiple regions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capability and strengthen project management competencies across the business.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to drive informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, predictability, and customer outcomes.
• Promote lessons learned and best practices across projects and functions.
