Financial Accountant
Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Monthly management accounts.
- Process employee expenses and advances.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Cash management.
- Supplier payments.
- Guarantee issuance and handling letters of credits.
- Supplier reconciliations to include intercompany.
- Assist in audit process.
- VAT filings.
- Statistic reports.
- Ad hoc project work.
- Other additional duties which may be assigned by the Department Manager.
Qualifications Requirements and Experience
- Strong communication and reporting skills (verbal and in writing).
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy essential.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws and a proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Your planning and organizing skills are exceptional, enabling you to multi-task, plan, and prioritize work within agreed timescales.
- Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are excellent, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills.
