Course Content Creator
Key elements of the role
Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.
- Develop training courses, material, as well as ‘on-demand’ courses, to meet customer needs
- Evaluate and modernise existing training courses and material
- Investigate and develop tools and packages to deliver training
- Liaise with internal departments to develop and maintain knowledge of products and gather content, keeping up to date on new developments
- Promote and market Liebherr brand, products, and services
- Work with Liebherr global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) and Training Hubs to promote and develop business opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI and targets
- Evaluate and monitor competition
- Maintain a customer focused approach
- Maintain accurate records for activity, work completed, ensuring deadlines are maintained
- Ensure quality, environmental and Health & Safety standards are always maintained
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management
- Any other duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications, experience & competencies
Qualifications & experience
- NFQ level 5 technical qualification and / or experience in a similar role as a technical editor.
- Experience working on container handling cranes an advantage.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
