Contract Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to ensure all legal and contractual services work of the company is organized and implemented in proper, appropriate and timely manner
Your responsibilities
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of company objectives
- Pro-active approach with the operations and management
- Supporting the manager on the key sites/projects contracts reporting and coordinating with Operation/Planning/Finance departments for improvements/corrections
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers/customers and serve as the singular point of contract for matters concerning contracts
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what's best for the company
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself
- Provide monthly contract management report presentation
Your qualifications
- Degree in Law / Management Business
- 3 years experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning
