Logistics Manager

• Manage foreign trade processes and coordinate shipments
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics operations with overseas factories
• Prepare reports, tables, and statistics for senior management
• Monitor customs regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments
• Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives
• Provide logistics and customs support to the sales teams
• Manage communication with transport companies, customs brokers, and warehouses
• Conduct stock counts and machine status reporting
• Participate in regular improvement meetings with factories and warehouses
• Support the development and training of department staff

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and foreign trade processes
• Fluent in English (German language skills are preferred)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
