- Active care and support of B2B customers in the gastro and laboratory business in Romania.
- Coordination, liaison and support of the responsible sales area.
- Assessment, selection and development of distribution partners.
- Contribution of market specific feedback, analysis and continual improvement of existing business activity.
- Technical product training and product placement with the distribution partners.
- Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts.
- Target oriented implementation of sales plans.
- Market & competition monitoring.
Ideal candidate
- Successfully completed commercial and/or technical university education.
- Fluency in Romanian and English, German is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of gastronomy or laboratory appliances.
- Assertive individual with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence.
- Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner.
- Willingness for travel in and out of the country (roughly 75 % of the time).
- A valid and clear driver’s license.
