The Digital Products Account Specialist is the primary liaison between the Company, internal and external customers for accounts and licenses management for the Crawler Cranes and Deep Foundation Machines Division in the USA; as well as serving as the US liaison with the factory (LWN). Products include any digital products and solutions supplied by Liebherr such as MyLiebherr, MyJobsite and Crane Planner 2.0 and more. The account specialist knows the advantages and benefits of Liebherr Digital Solutions and is responsible for internal and external support, training and increasing Liebherr's market share in the product segment.

Responsibilities

  • Central point for account creation, maintenance and license management within customer MyLiebherr accounts.
  • Approvals of business relationships and machines for MyLiebherr accounts, through direct communication internally and with customers to confirm machine ownership.
  • Onboarding of new customers to MyLiebherr.  
  • Maintenance of machine assignments across platforms using our customer relationship management (CRM - LiSA) tools. 
  • Assigning digital product licenses to customers (external and internal) and supporting with the license redemption process. 
  • Quoting, internal purchasing, and invoicing of digital products.
  • Maintaining banners and advertisement of promotion or service actions in MyLiebherr.
  • Proactive advice and supporting of our Liebherr personnel and customers in the use and features of Liebherr’s digital products and solutions.
  • Proactive license management and renewals when required.
  • Relays information from customer visits to the appropriate department managers as required. Works as a team with all departments to ensure strong, positive solutions to customer issues are developed and implemented, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous monitoring and maintenance of new devices/machines, products and processes or functions as needed.
  • Conducting digital product and solution demonstrations to internal personnel and external customers.
  • Representation in overarching coordination (customers, service, sales, training, etc.).

Competencies

  • Associates degree in related field with 3 - 5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience equivalent to 5 or more years.
  • Demonstrated sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of crawler crane and foundation products/maritime industry and businesses appreciated.
  • Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, complete support and training in individual and group settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to function within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport. 
  • Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends or on call duty.
