There are your tasks
- Assume overall responsibility for strategic and operational sales and service activities, as well as the business results of Liebherr Denmark
- Develop and implement corporate strategies to strengthen and expand the market position of the Mobile and Crawler Cranes business units, as well as Ship, Mobile Harbour, and Offshore Cranes in Denmark
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Lead, manage, motivate, and develop managers, teams, and employees
- Collaborate closely with the German head offices in Ehingen (Danube) and Rostock to achieve corporate objectives.
What you bring with you

Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, combined with a strong affinity for technology

Several years of professional experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the crane, vehicle, agricultural machinery, or mechanical engineering industry

Proven expertise in corporate management, strategic planning, and servant leadership is advantageous
-
Strong customer orientation and commitment to building partnerships with all stakeholders
-
Identification with the core values of the Liebherr family business

Business fluency in Danish and English
