A vacancy has arisen within our Aerospace and Transportation Division based out of Gatwick for a Service Delivery Coordinator.

The role contributes to the success of Liebherr – Great Britain Ltd by supporting the effective delivery of service and repair activities through day-to-day coordination of customer orders, schedules, and reporting. The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures routine service delivery activities are controlled, visible, and communicated effectively to customers, allowing the Service Delivery Lead to focus on escalations, major projects, and strategic delivery matters.

Your Responsibilities

•    Order Book Management; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date order books for standard repairs and routine service activity, ensuring progress is tracked and delivery risks are highlighted early.
•    Customer Communication & Reviews; Acting as the primary day-to-day customer contact for routine service work, including leading weekly order book review meetings and providing standard progress updates.
•    Scheduling & Coordination; Coordinating service schedules in line with agreed priorities and capacity plans, working closely with the Shopfloor Operations Lead to align delivery commitments with workshop capability.
•    Reporting & KPIs; Preparing and issuing regular service delivery reports, KPIs, and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Issue Escalation; Identifying delivery risks, delays, or deviations from plan and escalate to the Service Delivery Lead where required.
•    Administrative Support; Supporting service delivery administration including documentation, job status updates, action tracking, and data accuracy within operational systems.
•    Process & Continuous Improvement; Supporting improvements in service delivery processes, reporting, and customer communication to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
•    Compliance & Governance; Ensuring service delivery activities are conducted in line with company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will require the following:
•    Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
•    Ability to articulate highly developed customer service skills applied in a working environment of similar complexity
•    Good communicator at all levels
•    Flexible approach to work
•    Able to work effectively in a pressurised environment
•    Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
•    High attention to detail and accuracy
