Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Goods receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and annual inventory.
- Plan and maintain warehouse locations and storage allocation to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
- Support warehouse layout improvements and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of three warehouse employees.
- Monitor warehouse performance and maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
- Updating the ERP system with incoming and outgoing of merchandise
Competencies
- At least five years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in coordination or supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Proven experience with warehouse layout planning, storage allocation, and warehouse setup.
- Solid experience in cycle counting, inventory control, and annual stocktaking.
- Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Valid UAE Driving & Forklist license is mandator
- English fluent in both, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach to warehouse operations.

This specifically includes mobile and crawler cranes, concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes, material handling equipment in the maritime field, landing gear, flight controls and air management systems as well as components for the aviation industry.
