Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Creation of spare parts offers and orders, ensuring customer’s satisfaction.
- Responsible for the spare part stock and dispatch area.
- Correspondence with customers and headquarters.
- Handling of inquiries.
- Technical clarification for spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers
- Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals.
- Processing and follow up of invoicing of spare parts and warranty orders.
- Dispatch and packaging of orders, forwarding of shipping documents to customers.
- Checking of sales invoices.
- Preparation of proposals for stock keeping
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales and industry knowledge desired
- High customer orientation, consulting skills, negotiation skills
- Flexibility, communication skills and a co-operative working style
- MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Willingness to travel
