There are your tasks

  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
  • Oversee and manage the entire Technical Advisor and Service Engineer team
  • Manage and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Expand the business regarding spare parts, warranties, and services
  • Distribute and manage service contracts
  • Support service and spare parts planning
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Service to plan stock, turnover, and investments

What you bring with you

  • Technical and commercial education with leadership experience
  • Profound experience - a Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Initiative in visualizing, organizing, and successfully delivering projects in both individual and collaborative settings
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate across all staff levels
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), French and Arabic is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office
