Parts Planning Intern, 6 Month Contract
Join Liebherr Canada as a Parts Planning Intern and step into the heart of our operations. In this role, you’ll be more than just support — you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers get the parts they need, when they need them. From monitoring and maintaining our MyLiebherr App customer accounts to entering stock orders into our ERP system, you’ll gain hands-on experience with real-world inventory management and customer account processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain assigned MyLiebherr customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enter and update stock order data in the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in tracking order statuses and follow up on pending orders as required.
- Support the parts planning team in forecasting demand and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve order or account-related inquiries.
- Generate and distribute reports on order activity, stock levels, and account performance.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal processes and customer communications.
- Learn and apply company policies, ERP procedures, and parts planning best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance order accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organized and accurate records for auditing and reference purposes.
- Provide general administrative support to the parts planning and customer service teams.
Competencies
- Highschool Diploma is required.
- Ability to commute to our head office in Burlington.
- ERP System Proficiency: Ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve data within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Data Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise input and maintenance of customer and order information.
- Inventory and Order Management Knowledge: Understanding stock levels, order flows, and basic demand planning concepts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak French will be considered an asset.
