Young Talent - HR Operations (m/w/x)

Your responsabilities
- You will participate in activities related to time and absence management (corrections, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, etc.),
- You will handle requests for certificates related to social insurance,
- You will respond to daily HR-related questions from staff,
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes,
- Depending on your skills and interests, you will take part in various exciting cross-functional projects within a young, dynamic, and humorous team.
Your profile
- You are currently studying or recently graduated in business administration or a related field. A Human Resources Assistant certificate would be an asset,
- You have excellent command of French and good knowledge of English and/or German,
- You are enthusiastic about working in the field of human resources and are available for a 12 month period,
- You have strong writing skills, are proficient in the MS Office suite and easily adapt to different IT systems,
- You stand out for your autonomy, teamwork abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
