Technical Trainer (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities
- You plan and deliver technical training for service technicians, customers and internal employees
- You design, update, and optimize technical training materials
- You develop innovative didactic tools (simulators, practical training aids) to explain complex technical topics
- You implement and further develop digital training solutions (e-learning, video learning, blended learning)
- You work closely with project management, technical departments and the documentation team
- You conduct needs analysis for technical and product-related training
- You support customers in the field by solving technical issues (troubleshooting)
- You manage technical training projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a vehicle mechanic / diagnostic technician or hold an equivalent technical qualification
- You possess strong knowledge of combustion engines and electronics
- You hold a qualification in adult education or have proven experience in structured technical teaching
- You are proficient in project management principles and tools
- You are comfortable with digital tools and understand blended learning concepts
- You are open to occasionally travel internationally
- You are fluent in English and German. French is an asset
