Industrial Engineer (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- You analyze, plan and optimize the production and business processes to increase efficiency and quality
- You are responsible for management of investment, industrialization and optimization projects
- You introduce and implement lean management and CIP measures
- You oversee the layout planning and the implementation of material flow and route analyses
- You determine and evaluate key figures for process monitoring and improvement
- You support the implementation of new technologies and production systems
- You collaborate with production, quality assurance, logistics and other departments
- You train employees in new processes and standards
- You communicate with interfaces and suppliers as well as technical management of the project team
- You conduct workshops (e.g. SMED) and develop decision bases and proposed solutions
- You perform technology screening, benchmark analyses and advanced manufacturing
Your profile
- You have completed a university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or a comparable course of study
- You have experience in project management, preferably as head of investment and optimization projects
- You have relevant professional experience in the areas of machining, automation, assembly or testing technology desirable
- You have good knowledge of production and manufacturing technology
- You own strong grasp of interdisciplinary contexts
- You have very good communication skills as well as assertiveness and implementation strength
- You are proficient in German and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are willing to travel approx. 15% per year
