Executive assistant (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities
• As an Executive Assistant (m/f/x), you will support senior management in the day-to-day running of the company’s operations whilst helping to implement the organisation’s strategy,
• You will play an active role in strategic projects (organisational and technical developments), coordinating and monitoring the objectives and performance indicators of key projects,
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, manage sensitive information relating to strategy, finance and human resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory and confidentiality requirements,
• You manage and optimise the Executive’s diaries, communications, business travel and priorities to ensure effective time management and a high level of responsiveness,
• You organise and coordinate strategic meetings, executive events, site visits, conferences and stakeholder engagements, ensuring flawless execution,
• You draft documents such as correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting minutes and internal communications, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders,
• You coordinate cross-functional activities with the various departments, external partners and Group entities to foster collaboration,
• You oversee various administrative and operational activities, including budget monitoring, contract management, tasks related to our ERP system, and translations.
Your Profil
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, project management or a similar field,
• You have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant; experience as a project manager is an advantage,
• You are fluent in French and English and have a good knowledge of German,
• You are proficient in MS Office and have a good knowledge of an ERP system,
• You are organised, flexible and have good prioritisation skills,
• You stand out for your independence, communication skills and proactivity.
