Controller & Data Analyst junior (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities
- As a Junior Controller & Data Analyst (m/f/x), you monitor expenses by cost center,
- You analyze and comment on profit and loss variances (financial and analytical),
- You support the preparation of budgets by cost center,
- You participate in monthly closings as well as in the preparation of future plans,
- You develop KPIs and performance BI reports/tools in collaboration with the company’s functional managers,
- You carry out specific analyses and drive optimization initiatives,
Your Profil
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment,
- You are fluent in French and English and have good knowledge of German,
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite and have solid knowledge of an ERP system,
- You are autonomous, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team,
- You stand out through your analytical skills, communication abilities, and your capacity to assert yourself.
