Join Liebherr-Great Britain’s Refrigeration and Freezers Division as a National Account Manager –Commercial Food Service, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across key national accounts and expanding our presence within the commercial foodservice market.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role suited to a commercially astute professional who thrives on winning new business, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering measurable results. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on account management to grow revenue, strengthen market position, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

•    Grow key accounts: Drive sustainable sales growth across existing national foodservice customers, consistently delivering against revenue, volume, and margin targets.
•    Win new business: Identify and secure new opportunities within food retail, beverage, ice cream, wine, and broader foodservice sectors.
•    Own the sales cycle: Lead end-to-end account activity—from prospecting and tendering to pricing, product specification, and project delivery.
•    Build strategic relationships: Develop strong partnerships with key decision-makers, positioning Liebherr as a trusted solutions provider.
•    Deliver commercial insight: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing structures to maximise opportunities and inform strategy.
•    Lead tenders and proposals: Produce compelling, accurate submissions within required timeframes, working cross-functionally where needed.
•    Track performance: Monitor sales data, rebates, and product trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise account performance.
•    Collaborate internally: Work closely with After Sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sale to service.
•    Represent the brand: Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings (e.g. CEDA, FCSI, CESA, ICA) to build networks and generate leads.
•    Plan effectively: Maintain structured call plans and account strategies to maximise productivity and coverage.

Your Profile

•    Proven success in a National Account Manager or similar role, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, or commercial equipment sectors.
•    Strong track record of delivering sales growth and securing new business.
•    Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.
•    Highly organised, self-motivated, and results focused.
•    A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive approach.
