Transport Coordinator
We are looking for Transport Coordinator to ensure the efficient and safe transportation of spare parts by planning optimal routes, analyzing costs, and minimizing lead times while maintaining safety standards.
Your qualifications
1. Plan and coordinate transportation activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of sparepart and machine.
2. Optimize routes to minimize distance, cost, and lead time while ensuring safety standards are met.
3. Analyze transportation costs, carrier performance, and delivery times to identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with warehouses, customs and suppliers to synchronize shipping schedules.
5. Handle transportation documentation, including bills of lading, shipping instructions, and insurance requirements.
6. Monitor transportation operations in real-time to resolve issues and minimize delays.
7. Ensure compliance with transport regulation.
8. Coordinating and executing export operational activities in collaboration with relevant departments involved in the export process.
9. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Your qualifications
- Experience in transportation coordination, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in using TMS ( Transportation Management systems ) and Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint ).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
