Manage the Parts Inventory in country and work with a team dedicated to this task.

Your responsibilities

  • Implement policies and procedure related to parts operation set by company.
  • Provide monthly reporting on parts operation (e.g. Stock Valuation, Receving, KPI Business Card)
  • Supervise and ensure purchasing activities follow the policy and procedure set by company
  • Supervise and ensure parts transactions follow the policy and procedure set by company
  • Ensure periodic parts stock take is conducted in timely manner and report to After Sales Parts Business – General manager.
  • Identify parts personnel ability and potency to be developed in regeneration program.
  • Supervise and ensure all parts representative on mine site location and branch follow the parts operation policy and procedures set by company.
  • Provide all assistance required by After Sales Parts Business – General manager.
  • Responsible to take all disciplinary actions necessary to discipline Parts Inventory Dept. team member.
  • Manage recruitment proposal and liaise with HR Dept. to look for candidates.
  • Ensures annual appraisal is conducted in timely manner and submit to HR Dept.
     

Your qualifications

  • Leadership - requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
  • Integrity - requires being honest and ethical.
  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
  • Personnel Advance skill in BAAN program specially on planning and analysis menu.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problem
  • Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minimize risk of mistakes.

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Language: Fluent English (good level is required), other depending on project location. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistic, Supply chain or Organization Development
  • Ten years of progressive experience in Parts Operation.
