GA Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced GA Supervisor to ensuring company assets are well stored, maintained, used correctly, which includes but not limited to all building facilities, support facilities, and Company working tools. Also maintain good and harmonious relationship of surrounding environment so Company operations run smoothly
Your responsibilities
- Comply with and implement applicable company regulations, as well as implementing SOPs in the company environment and complying with applicable safety standards
- Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations and maintenance activities, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility efficiency, manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility repairs and improvements, conduct regular inspections to identify and address facility related issues promptly, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and facility documentation, provide regular reports and updates to HOD regarding facility operations
- Monitoring the process of maintenance/repair of building, facilities and work equipment carried out by work teams or external sources who support all company operational processes
- Ensuring all office utilties run properly such as water, electricity, and working tools
- Receive reports on damage to all office facilities, follow up reports, and instruct repairs and maintenance to be carried out, monitor the result of maintenance and repair work
Your qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor's degree
- 5 years in the same field
- Strong knowledge of building system, maintenance procedures, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Good command in English
- Able to work under pressure
