Duties and responsibilities |
To support the Implementation & Management of the Network and Server infrastructure
- First Level support to users in regards to hardware and standard software like MS-office, Outlook, etc - Client , printer, IP-Phone installation - Periodic review of Infrastructure setup from Contingency and Audit point of view - Ensure proper working of IT Infrastructure - Ensure IT systems are in line with IT-policies |

Strong basics in hardware, networking, and troubleshooting

Skills in installation and configuration of client systems, printers, and IP phones
