Position: Engineer - Electronics
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Formarly known as Aurangabad)
Job summary: Responsible for validation, design, and development of refrigeration unit electrical systems including harness development, wiring diagrams, defect tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.

Responsible for validation, harness design, updates, and PCB testing for refrigeration units. Manage test cases , resolve PCB issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Roles:
- Perform component and system-level validation of refrigeration units to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Define and implement harness designs to maintain seamless connectivity and system performance.
- Create and update wiring diagrams to accurately reflect electrical design changes and modifications.
- Identify PCB issues, prioritize them for detailed analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including PCB test reports, issue reports, and corrective action plans.
- Initiate and support root cause analysis for failures and drive corrective actions with suppliers through the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) process.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as New Product Development (NPD), sourcing, and quality to support product development and improvement.
- Benchmark competitor refrigeration models to inform and guide internal product enhancement initiatives.
- Manage parts-related issues, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution.
- ECR/ECN Creation.
Basic Education and Experience:
B.Tech – Electronics & Telecommunications
2+ Years of Experience
Competency and skill:
- Strong knowledge of product validation, harness design, and PCB testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve PCB issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Good documentation and reporting skills (test reports, validation logs, corrective action plans).
- Understanding of electronics Components, Circuit diagrams reading and system connectivity.
- Familiarity with reliability testing and benchmarking competitor products.
