About the Role:
Are you passionate about shaping the future of our workforce? As a Trainer in Learning and Development,
you'll adapt and contextualise, deliver, and evaluate dynamic soft skills training programs across Australia and New Zealand.
We're seeking a vibrant individual with exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to join our Learning and Development team in Adelaide.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel nationally, ensuring consistent program delivery across multiple sites and departments.
Skills and Duties:
Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to:
- Craft and deliver impactful soft skills training sessions through engaging in-person workshops and interactive virtual platforms
- Travel to locations across Australia and New Zealand to provide face-to-face training
- Develop training materials that align with our organisational goals
- Assess training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
- Offer feedback and recommendations to stakeholders on team and individual development
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in soft skills and leadership facilitation
- Korn Ferry Certified Instructor in the Alliance Suited Program or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Please note: Candidates registered as Korn Ferry Certified Instructor in the Alliance Suited Program, will be prioritised for this role. However, support in obtaining this qualification will be available for the right candidate.
Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
