People Services Specialist
We're looking for a People Services Specialist to join our People & Capability team in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Officer, , or People & Capability Advisor who enjoys supporting employees, providing first level HR Advice, and delivering a great employee experience.
As a People Services Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering a high-quality employee & Leader experience across the full employee lifecycle. Working within a national People Operations team, you'll provide expert support, coordinate key people processes, leverage HR technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how services are delivered across the business.

Responsibilities:
As a key member of our People & Capability team, you will:
- Support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR enquiries
- Prepare employment contracts, variations, letters, and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain employee data and support the effective utilization of SAP SuccessFactors and associated HR Systems
- Assist with visa and immigration administration processes
- Coordinate HR reports, purchase orders, invoices, and administration activities
- Assist with performance and talent management administration
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives and the Employee Assistance Program
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve people processes, contributing to automation, self-service capability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding employee experience
Skills & Experience:
You're someone who enjoys being organised, building relationships, and providing exceptional internal customer service. You'll ideally bring:
- 3+ years' experience within HR Administration, People Services, Shard Services, or similar role
- Qualifications in Human Resources (Diploma or higher preferred)
- Experience using HR Information Systems and maintaining employee records
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
