Payroll Officer

As a skilled Payroll Officer, you will be play a pivotal part in providing accurate, effective and timely Payroll and Administrative services to Liebherr Australia and New Zealand. This is a permanent position, based onsite at our Para Hills West Head Office.

Skills and Duties:

With an immediate start available, you will be required to:

• Process end to end payroll on a fortnightly basis
• Respond to employee pay queries, data entry of new starters, terminations, deductions, process timesheets, leave requests, file and archive employee pay and personnel details
• Perform reconciliations, calculate superannuation, end of month reporting and LSL calculations
• Interpret EBA and Award employment conditions, establish and maintain user and group profiles
• Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Officer
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
