About the Role:
As an Administration Officer in our National Distribution Centre (NDC), you will ensure the smooth operation of Department. This role involves managing inventory orders, processing orders, maintaining records, and providing customer service.
You will work with various teams and support the NDC and transport partners.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks. If you want to continue your career in a reputable company, this role is perfect for you.
Skills and Duties:
Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to:
- Maintain import shipping documentation and liaise with freight forwarders
- Manage inventory variance investigations, stock take activities, and maintain accurate records
- Manage internal accounts and system data
- Respond to customer and supplier queries and communicate arrival times of parts.
- Process purchase orders, outbound replenishment orders and manage back orders
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or have a minimum of three years of related administrative experience in a similar role
- Standard driver's license.
Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
