Reporting to the Manager Learning and Development – you will be responsible for effectively managing and processing purchase orders, sales orders, scheduling employees into training courses, administration support for the development pathways program, training requests and supplier contract support. This role is being offered as a Fixed Term Contract until June 2026. 

 

As an experienced Administrator you will be working alongside an established team and provide administrative support to the L&D team through utilising your strong MS Excel skills and MS Office experience together with your proactive outlook will assist the team to continue its journey to success.

 

Skills and Duties:

With an immediate start available, you will be required to:

  • Process invoices, purchase and sales orders and training incentives
  • Generate reports in Excel and the LMS for compliance and audit requirements
  • Support LMS users by trouble shooting system errors or issues
  • Organise and coordinate Training for stakeholders (internal & External)
  • Provide administrative support for apprenticeship program
  • Create and maintain L&D documentation and work instructions
  • Manage LMS (data cleanliness, super user, entries)
  • Have a strong commitment to safe work environment and continuous improvement
  • Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or Human Resources or Learning and Development

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in VET and Group Training Sectors, including government funding and compliance
  • Learning Management Systems experience (SuccessFactors Learning)
