Responsibilities
- Help to liaise with ISO vendors, handle the quotations, contract process
- Help to organize the ISO related trainings with external and internal team
- Help to translate the German to English and Chinese
- Translate the ISO system related documents into English and Chinese
- Help to create the ISO main page on SharePoint
- Help to handle the travel/accommodation fees of ISO consulting and auditor
- Help to coordinate the ISO preparation, internal audit and external audit
Competencies
- Good skill in written and oral English
- Mechanical manufacturing, English, German, Administration, law, Quality engineering management related majors preferred
- Can work at least 4 days per week
